Our organization is seeking applications for a Palliative Care Physician who is board-certified or board-eligible and has a strong enthusiasm for medical education. This full-time clinician educator position offers a remarkable opportunity to engage in a vibrant, collaborative setting alongside a multidisciplinary team of palliative care specialists, including physicians, advanced practice providers, social workers, and chaplains, all committed to providing outstanding and compassionate care.
In this capacity, you will have the chance to guide medical students, residents, and fellows through hands-on teaching and curriculum design. Enjoy the convenience of phone-only calls during weekends and evenings, and if interested, explore avenues for clinical research. Our team works closely with a prominent academic hospital, collaborating across various clinical service lines and actively participating in initiatives aimed at enhancing health system quality. Candidate Qualifications
• M.D., D.O., or an equivalent international degree
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency and fellowship in Hospice and Palliative Care Medicine
• Board certification or eligibility in Hospice and Palliative Care Medicine
• An unrestricted medical license and DEA registration from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania by the start date
• Open to both recent graduates and seasoned physicians
