️ Senior Forensic Engineers | $140K-$200K | Multiple US Locations
\nI’m working with a national A&E firm that is continuing to build out its forensic engineering practice across the US, and they’re looking to bring experienced engineers into the business at a senior level.
\n \nThis is not a single opening in one office. The company is actively hiring across multiple states, with opportunities currently available in:
\n \nCalifornia
\nTexas
\nColorado
\nAdditional locations available
\n$140,000-$200,000 depending on location and experience
\n \nThe firm has built a strong reputation across the A&E space and is investing heavily in the continued growth of its forensic engineering service line.
\nYou’ll be working on a genuinely varied mix of investigations, including construction defects, structural failures, storm damage and complex property claims, while working directly with clients, attorneys, insurers and other stakeholders.
\n \nThe role:
\n• Lead multiple forensic investigations from initial site visit through to final report
\n• Investigate structural damage, construction defects and design issues
\n• Determine the root cause of failures and damage
\n• Conduct detailed structural assessments and technical analysis
\n• Manage a portfolio of active cases
\n• Produce clear, technically robust and defensible reports
\n• Communicate findings directly with clients, legal teams and other stakeholders
\n \nThey’re looking for:
\n• 5+ years of structural engineering experience
\n• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural or Architectural Engineering
\n• Active PE or SE license
\n• Multi-state licensure is a major plus
\n• Strong technical writing and client-facing communication skills
\n• An interest in developing a career within forensic engineering
\n \nWhy this opportunity stands out:
\nThis is a business that is actively investing in its forensic offering, rather than simply maintaining an existing practice. There is genuine scope to take on increasingly complex work, develop your client relationships and progress as the service line continues to grow.
\n \nThere’s also the opportunity to work internationally if that's something that interests you, alongside a strong compensation and benefits package.
\n \nIf you're an experienced structural engineer and forensic engineering is something you've been considering, I'd be very happy to tell you more about the company and the opportunities available in your area.
